1. The service

Wayrin 让创作者分享 AI 工作流（skill、规则、提示词、agent 配置），并让 AI 工具通过 Wayrin MCP 服务器搜索和读取公开作品。

Wayrin lets creators share AI workflows (skills, rules, prompts, agent configs) and lets AI tools search and read public works through the Wayrin MCP server.

你使用 Google 或邮箱验证码登录。你对自己账号下的活动以及你授权的 AI 工具负责。你可以随时撤销授权。

You sign in with Google or with an email code. You are responsible for activity on your account and for the AI tools you authorize. You can revoke an authorization at any time.

你保留自己发布内容的所有权。发布作品即表示你允许 Wayrin 托管和展示它，并允许其他用户及其 AI 工具按你选择的许可读取和复用（默认：个人使用）。请勿发布你无权分享的内容、凭据、他人的个人数据、恶意软件，或意在让 AI 工具违背其用户利益的指令。

You keep ownership of what you publish. By publishing a work you allow Wayrin to host and display it and allow other users and their AI tools to read and reuse it under the license you choose (default: personal use). Do not publish content you have no right to share, credentials, personal data of others, malware, or instructions designed to make AI tools act against their users.

作品由第三方编写，可能未经审核（「来自社区，未经审核」）。应用前请先检查。Wayrin 不对运行作品的结果负责。

Works are written by third parties and may be unreviewed ("community, not reviewed"). Review a work before applying it. Wayrin is not responsible for the result of running a work.

5. AI 工具

已连接的 AI 工具可以读取公开作品并创建私有草稿，但不能发布；发布始终需要你本人确认。

Connected AI tools can read public works and create private drafts. They cannot publish; publishing always needs your own confirmation.

6. 限制

请勿抓取、过载服务，或绕过限流和访问控制。

Do not scrape, overload, or bypass rate limits or access controls.

7. 终止

对于违反本条款的内容或账号，我们可能删除内容或暂停账号。你可以随时停止使用 Wayrin 并删除账号。

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms. You can stop using Wayrin and delete your account at any time.

8. 免责声明

服务按“现状”提供。在法律允许的范围内，Wayrin 不对间接或后果性损失承担责任。

The service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, Wayrin is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
