• 账号数据：你用 Google 登录时，Google 会向我们提供你的 Google 账号 ID、名字和已验证的邮箱。我们保存账号 ID 和名字（作为显示名）；邮箱只以带密钥的哈希（HMAC）保存，用来识别同一个账号，不保存邮箱原文。我们不使用你的 Google 头像。你用邮箱验证码登录时，我们只收集你的邮箱：它用于发送验证码，系统里同样只保存它的哈希。
• 你提交的内容：你创建的作品和草稿，包括你通过 MCP 工具 prepare_configurations 和 prepare_conversation 明确选择发送的文件或对话片段。草稿在你本人于 wayrin.com 发布之前保持私有。
• 连接数据：你连接的 AI 工具的 OAuth 客户端注册和授权记录，以及该连接最近一次使用的时间。
• 使用数据：公开作品的读取次数（每位用户每件作品每天最多计一次）、关注关系，以及为安全和限流保存的基础请求日志（IP 地址、user agent、时间）。
• 我们不会读取你电脑上的文件。发送什么由 AI 工具决定，我们的工具只接受你选择的内容。

• Account data: when you sign in with Google, Google gives us your Google account ID, name and verified email address. We store the account ID and the name (as your display name); the email address is stored only as a keyed hash (HMAC) used to recognise the same account, never as plain text. We do not use your Google profile picture. When you sign in with an email code, we collect only your email address: it is used to send the code, and only its hash is stored.
• Content you submit: works and drafts you create, including files or conversation excerpts you explicitly choose to send through the MCP tools prepare_configurations and prepare_conversation. Drafts are private until you publish them yourself on wayrin.com.
• Connection data: OAuth client registrations and access grants for AI tools you connect, and the last time a connection was used.
• Usage data: counts of reads of public works (at most one per user per work per day), follows, and basic request logs (IP address, user agent, time) kept for security and rate limiting.
• We do not read files on your computer. The AI tool decides what to send, and our tools only accept content you chose.

To run the service (sign-in, show and store works, connect AI tools), to show creators how often their works are used (aggregated), to prevent abuse (rate limits, security), and to send service emails.

我们不出售个人数据。我们使用以下服务商运行服务：Cloudflare（托管、数据库、邮件转发）、Resend（发送邮件，包括登录验证码）和 Google（Google 登录）。公开作品和你的公开主页对所有人可见。法律要求时我们会披露数据。

We do not sell personal data. We use processors to run the service: Cloudflare (hosting, database, email forwarding), Resend (sending email, including sign-in codes), and Google (Google sign-in). Public works and your public profile are visible to everyone. We disclose data if required by law.

5. 保存期限

账号数据和作品会一直保存，直到你自行删除或注销账号；注销账号后 30 天内删除。你删除的草稿会被移除。运行日志（包括请求日志）保存 30 天。法律要求保留的除外。

Account data and works are kept until you delete them or close your account, and are deleted within 30 days after the account is closed. Drafts you delete are removed. Runtime logs (including request logs) are kept for 30 days. This does not apply where law requires us to keep data.

你可以在 wayrin.com 的「开始分享」里撤销任何 AI 连接，删除草稿和作品，也可以通过 support@wayrin.com 要求我们导出或删除你的数据。

You can revoke any AI connection under Start sharing on wayrin.com, delete drafts and works, and ask us to export or delete your data at support@wayrin.com.

7. 儿童

Wayrin 不面向 13 岁以下（或你所在国家/地区规定年龄以下）的儿童。

Wayrin is not intended for children under 13 (or the age required in your country).
